The hotel is situated in Westminster on the banks of the Thames. You are a few minutes walk from The Houses of Parliament, Downing St, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square & the London Eye. The tube station is across the road so getting anywhere in London is easy. The hotel is 5 star with fabulous service from all staff.

The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful at all times. The only odd note, was the music playing in the foyer and general communal areas. We were surprised to hear such loud and incongruous music on arrival in the afternoon. It was discordant with the calm and beautiful hotel.

"Beautiful hotel, very disappointing room"
Massive disappointment on seeing the room. We booked a stunning hotel and got a room with a whitened out window, which didn`t open, a wet room style disability shower with curtain which flooded the floor by the toilet and an ironing board propped up against the cupboards. Noisy all night from a boiler or extractor or similar outside the ?window?. My daughter summed it up as it felt like a £20 room. The plus points were the comfortable bed, robes and slippers etc. I`m sure in other rooms it was a lovely hotel but we definitely felt we were dumped in the worst room on this deal.
