"Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent car parking facilities for guests."

A very long walk to our room which would greatly inhibit anyone with mobility issues (measured at approximately 100 metres from end of corridor). All very clean. Breakfast excellent. Further from centre than realised so would benefit guests to have a small courtesy bus (even a small charge).

we enjoyed our stay very much. Good choice on dinner menu, however we felt that the food was not up to standard for the prices charged. Breakfas,however, was excellent, with plenty of choices. Toaster couuld be turned up a little to provide toast not heated bread!

"Great hotel shame bout the food"

The hotel was lovely we got a lovely room at the front with a view. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere about it an staff were very friendly an helpful. The bar in the hotel was great to. The only downside to the hotel was the food. Unfortunately the breakfast was all pre cooked an on hot plates. Plus ther was no fried bread which u always get in a full Irish breakfast. The dinner in the bar was disappointing aswel not worth the price they were charging.

"All we expected in a hotel and more."

We had a wonderful stay at the Burlington and certainly would stay there again. In fact we are back in Dublin in November with some special relatives of my wife`s from Australia. Could you offer us any special rate for 2 rooms for 2 nights 8th/9th November 2012? Regards Dave Smith

Th e only complaint I would have is that you can`t regulate the temperature in the room. The room was to warm.

A very classy hotel, with a confortable installation (e.g. a mixer hot/cold water, what a luxury for foreigne guests disappointed with the separate hot and cold waters in UK and Ireland!).

Hotel foyer impressive and breakfasts were good but rooms on 7th floor could do with updating, twin room had old fashioned CRT TV, drawers were broken, bath needs resealed, hall carpet stained, disappointing for a 4* hotel.

Breakfast and all the staff in the dining area were lovely. Hotel needs to get some more safe deposit boxes. Maybe install one in each room and this would save disturbing staff on the desk?

"Pleasant stay in a good location"

Room was clean and tidy. Slight noise due to maintenance work being carried out during stay. Breakfast was a bit disapointing in general, (tough and rubbery sausages, interesting taste to scrambled egg, food warm not hot). Staff service was excellent and friendly. Helpful and accurate information given when asked.
