"Fire hazards!"
First twin room allocated the door wouldn`t open properly as the door blocked it. Surely cannot be legal??! They did sort and transfer us to another room which was an upgrade. Very nice room however the door was very hard to open and needed a good shove.

"Poor quality and having attended hotel for 20 years appalled at the decline"
Very poor room with missing shower door, water would not stay in wash hand basin so could not have proper wash.
Very noisy neighbours slamming door and corridor til 03.00am
Have stayed at this hotel based mainly on location for 20 years and now appalled at decline in standard.
Did complain to reception but chap not interested but said rooms to be renovated in next 1 year but of course that was no good to us.
We used hotel as base to meet and celebrate daughter`s 30th birthday but soured the whole weekend.
Breakfast was poor standard also with food quality poor I.e. fatty bacon

We arrived at the hotel, first thoughts were good. The family room should have had two proper beds. One 16 yr old girl was expected to sleep in a small sofa bed with 12 yr old brother. So we asked for another quilt and he slept on pillows on the floor. 4 in the room with 3 towels. 4 in the room with 3 cups. Also very dated room.

"Confused hotel address"
Initially we arrived at The Radisson Blu hotel on Tottenham court Rd to find that it was the Bloomsbury Radisson Blu. which is actually OFF Tottenham Court Rd. and was a further 20 minutes walk away. The Hotel was lovely, although the double room was rather small. All Staff pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast and very handy for Tube station. I would return
