Lovely hotel, friendly welcoming helpful staff. Good size twin room, comfortable bed and quiet area. Some furniture looking a bit tired and no information about hotel services (breakfast, although told at check-in). Central location with easy access to tube.

Couldn`t pick fault with this hotel for the money. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel we got a room on the 14 floor and enjoyed the view very nice staff!

"Very Tired Hotel"

We stayed at this hotel for a 2 night break as we had enjoyed stays with them in the past. I`m so pleased we weren`t staying longer. Initially the room we were allocated had a number of issues, phone not working, dangerous kettle, drawer fronts hanging off, out of date milk on the tea tray. Fortunately we were moved but it didn`t happen till 10pm. In the bar the furnishings and carpets were very well worn and not as clean as they could be. At breakfast it seemed they were short of seating as at some points there was a long queue of people waiting. Unfortunately we won`t be returning until it has been refurbished

the bed in our room was hard it felt like sleeping on the floor we also think it would help if they supplied trays at breakfast it would be helpful some of the reception was helpful others had to look up on the computer for information otherwise the experience was pleasant
