Hotel very well located for walking to WestMinster bridge and surrounding attractions. 5 min walk to Waterloo Station. Very efficient and helpful reception staff. Room clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our room was on the 11th floor, very quiet, no external or internal noise. Well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, ice bucket, ice machine on each floor. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Would definitely use this hotel again for theatre visit. Thank you 128522;

Very expensive for room as it was really small. No natural light so quite dingy. Furniture scratched and tatty. Very poor coffee in the room. Beds were just ok.Gap between wall and mattress so pillows wouldn`t stay on the bed. Noisy aircon fan. Reception staff were all very pleasant .
