Located just off Berkeley Square, Bond Street and Oxford Street are just a short stroll away. "A place that you can depend on for the best of service and attention to detail."
I brought my wife here several years ago and have made every effort to return year on year. At no time have we been disappointed and can rely on the consistent high standard of accommodation and service from the moment we enter the threshold. We have visited many places around Europe and further afield. No hotel has been better but a number of domains have been as good notably in France but I found these only after much research and searching out.

"Hotel with character and excellent service."
Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff.  Certainly 5 star service. 
I was in a twin room and whilst the decor was unique, room was standard twin size, I think I was expecting it to surpass and be exceptional but that was my only slight disappointment.

"What A Find!"
There are not enough words to say how I feel about this wonderful hotel - i`m very grateful that I found this gem and will definitely be booking again when we visit London.  Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff made us feel so welcome.

"Great Hotel Rip off from Hotel Direct"
The Hotel is very good and the service exceptional. My only gripe is that if I had phoned the
Hotel directly, I would have saved over 100 pounds on a two night stay. My advise book direct with the Hotel and don`t use "Hotel Direct" as they add no value in the transaction.

"Very classy and elegant"
From the moment one steps into the reception lobby one is immediately aware of an air of professionalism, a warm welcome and a superior environment. The elegant decor throughout the hotel is a stark contrast to the impersonal atmosphere of many larger hotels.
