It had everything we needed. We didn`t spend too much time in the room, good location near tubes, lots of places to eat. Highly recommended

"Great location, some rooms could do with a face lift"
The Tower is a big hotel but the location is great -- right next to Tower Bridge. The entrance lobby and restaurant areas are modern, clean and welcoming. The room we had was clean but the decor really needs updating - the furniture and overall decoration looked very "tired". That said, for the amount of time we spent in the room it wasn`t a huge deal and we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is excellent and definitely worth having.

The view from our room was magical but the decor was dated and the tap dripped. There was also a slight issue with the air con but a fan was provided, which mitigated this.

Stayed here for a birthday visit, upgraded to a room with a view over the River and complimentary wine and cake in room - what a first impression! Location was perfect, fantastic room with comfortable bed, all the staff were amazing, great ambiance. Third stay here.. will definitely return again, thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was tidy and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was our request to have a room with an accessible shower was not met and when this was explored with the hotel staff they were unhelpful and unaccommodating leaving us in a room with a shower over that bath that was not easily accessible.

"Very convenient for sightseeing "
Tower Hotel is in a convenient location. It is popular and so busy. Check in terminals avoided queuing. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the air conditioning unit. It was set at 27degC and couldn`t be turned down or turned off which made for a hot night. Reception told us next morning that all rooms were linked to the one system and the temperature couldn`t be changed. They provided a fan.
