"Nice ambiance and clean room with extra large and comfortable bed"
A very large bed, comfy and supportive was what greeted us on arrival. The bathroom, though spotless and having all you need was a little on the small side, but otherwise nothing to complain about. We were on the fifth floor and had views of Nelson`s Column, the London Eye and the spire of St Martins Church, and though tucked away in a quiet corner was but a short walk from the heart of the West End theatre district. We paid extra for the buffet style breakfast with was good, though the sausages were a little disappointing (I`m a bit of a sausage connoisseur). My partner needs Gluten-Free and this was well catered for on request. It was an excellent base for our one-night theatre package.

Really convenient for West End and well served by transport. The staff are really friendly and the room was above average size. The hotel is a real find.

"Incredible hotel "
We ordered the standard double, the hotel upgraded us to the executive suite, it was amazing, they stored our case because we arrived early and kept it for us when we checked out early, until we were ready to go to the coach station, location was brilliant close to the theatre all in walking distance, around the corner from Trafalgar Square.

Hotel was lovely. It is cental to Everything, Leicester Square, Westminster and of course Trafalgar Square. Hotel is very clean and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. I will be returning next time I visit London

Good hotel in superb location let down by a poor menu in restaurant. Good breakfast although I find it strange that only sugar lumps were available for cereal and jams and marmalade and sauces in open glass jars which we didn`t find very hygienic
