"Good location"
The location of the hotel is excellent: it is on the doorstep of the National Gallery, and many other places of interest were within walking distance. Breakfast was very good: the food was well cooked and well presented. All the staff were very pleasant. However we were disappointed in the en suite bathroom: the bath taps weren`t very clean and the grab rail on the bath needed a good scrub. There was also a very noticeable chip in the surface of the bath which should be repaired.

The hotel was the perfect location for our stay and we found the staff very friendly and helpful in particular Elizabeth and Khadijah went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after which was greatly appreciated.

"Great Location - good hotel"
Great locations, nice hotel but our room didn`t have an window that opened and the room was too hot at times especially during the night. Bar prices are way over what the pubs outside are. The location for all the theatres is pretty central and tourist attractions, Trafalgar square round one corner- Chinatown around another.

"Nice ambiance and clean room with extra large and comfortable bed"
A very large bed, comfy and supportive was what greeted us on arrival. The bathroom, though spotless and having all you need was a little on the small side, but otherwise nothing to complain about. We were on the fifth floor and had views of Nelson`s Column, the London Eye and the spire of St Martins Church, and though tucked away in a quiet corner was but a short walk from the heart of the West End theatre district. We paid extra for the buffet style breakfast with was good, though the sausages were a little disappointing (I`m a bit of a sausage connoisseur). My partner needs Gluten-Free and this was well catered for on request. It was an excellent base for our one-night theatre package.
