Came here for a theatre break for my birthday stayed three nights and what a lovely hotel , very clean well equipped rooms with everything you need for your stay and a very comfortable bed. The staff are amazing and so helpful nothing is too much trouble at all. Atrium restaurant very nice and good prices with tasty food and a nice ambiance. And breakfast well what can i say so much choice and quality products. Again staff super helpful and find you a table quickly. Food replenishment quickly and piping hot. Good choice of coffees too. Hotel in prime location with Russell square tube just around the corner and some great eateries around this area too. Will definitely return 128522;

Hotel was fine. Please read the t&c. You are not entitled to delay compensation. Left London 12.30 to reach Edinburgh 16.42 It should have taken us one train just over 4 hours to get to Edinburgh, this did not happen due to an electrical fault on an LNER train in front of us. (These things happen so not to bad). We sat just outside Darlington for over on 90 minutes freezing with no offers of tea/juice. We were eventually told that we had to get another two trains home. Stood for 4 hours on both trains we were told to take with other networks, this was outrageous getting pushed and shoved trying to get on the train with bickering, arguing people unable to get on the seriously overcrowded trains. The elderly having to sit on the floor for parts of the journey the train was so crowded you were unable to get to the toilets. Stood in the rain and cold in York and Leeds for over an hour waiting on trains being moved from platform to platform. We eventually reached Edinburgh at 20.55.

.... just what you need after trapsing around London all day lol. Stayed for 3 nights, room was small (twin beds) but clean, shower was lovely with nice smelling washing accessories. Would book again

room was a bit small, the window was not draught free ,plus there was a lot of noise outside, i.e builders with a machine that kept bleeping, i`m aware that the builders was nothing to do with hotel, perhaps the hotel should of made customers aware of noise
