Getting your tickets

Hotel Direct offer a variety of delivery options for tickets including free 1st class postal delivery and very competitive rates on guaranteed special delivery as well as the option to print your own tickets at the station before departure. The different options are dependent upon the date of travel and we advise all customers using the self-service option to take the card that was used to make the booking as well as the reference number we provide to avoid any issues at the departure station.
