"lovely hotel"
we only stayed here for one night and from the time we stepped in to the time we left we were treated superbly , it was my wifes birthday the day before and she recieved a card and chocs , which was very thoughtful , very clean , staff polite and lovely with it and nothing was too much trouble , would recommend a stay here

"One of the nicest London Hotels"
We come to London a couple of times a year, to watch shows, but we never book a hotel close to the shows, always close to Waterloo. So this year i decided to "risk" staying more central and all i can say is WOW! what a lovely hotel and moreover what lovely reception staff, i cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you.

"Fabulous small hotel in perfect central location "
The only tiny fault was loud air conditioning unit in bathroom overall the most warm and friendly hotel beautifully refurbished bijou room great breakfast beautifully appointed lounge area and wonderfully warm and friendly staff with special mention to the breakfast team

"Lovely hotel, great experience."
Such a warm greeting on booking in. Staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. Room decor and amenities were high end which was in line with rest of hotel. Breakfast choice for continental was ample with again good quality products available. Centrally situated. Lovely pubs wine bars close by. Excellent value you won`t be disappointed, Looking forward to a return visit.
